After validation of your payment order by our online payment partners NETOPIA / MobilPAY / PayPal, we will proceed to prepare your order and ship it. If you chose payment at delivery, your order will be processed within 48 hours.
You can pre-order items from the online store prior to their public release date. Pre-ordered items will be delivered when they become available. Items available for pre-order are indicated by a specific tag mentioning an approximate expected release date. When the pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email notification that will let you know when the delivery has been made. You may also receive one or more emails if there are any changes to the status of your pre-order.
Delivery charges and preparation vary according to weight, volume and your geographic zone.

An average of 3 to 10 business days is usually required between the time you place an order and when you receive your package.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We operate from Monday to Friday but not on public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch; we are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes or delays due to post office processes. If a customer has ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.
We are not responsible for delays or damage to your package once it is no longer in our possession.
